Today we waved the white flag at the heat and turned on the AC. I reasoned that if we ever wanted to get anything DONE around the house - cleaning, cooking, stuff like that - we were going to have to be able to move from point A to point B without dripping sweat everywhere. With no AC and temps shooting way into the 90’s, I’m not good for much except laying on the couch and being sticky. Sexy, but not productive. More »« Less

I got a hair cut.

Sunday at church we had our annual “celebrating our scottish heritage” service. That meant lots of old men in kilts, tartans on poles, and plenty of bagpipe music. I love bagpipe music. It makes me want to paint my face and fight the English, for some reason. I wonder how Kevin would look in a kilt? Mmmm…yummy… More »« Less
