Well, things are better. I decided that my problems were probably due to a blockage somewhere, so before bed I took a couple of generic dulcolax left over from a procedure a few years ago. At 8am, I woke up to a strange feeling of released pressure in my abdomen. An hour later, I got up to pee. 5 minutes after that, I made a mad dash to the bathroom in record time. felted slippers for parents will be finished tonight (half of father’s left to do) but not felted until after given as gifts. this is not a “cop out” or a “why didn’t you work on them more, moron?” issue. As I’m typing this (saturday night), I am only SLIGHTLY just a little loopy! Hoorah! We just got back from one of TWO christmas parties for Kev’s work. Tonight was sales staff, but Kev got invited as he helps out a lot somehow. Whatever. I don’t ask. Because FREE GOBS OF ITALIAN FOOD AND WINE! By the time I had a glass of wine, a big salad, and TWO yummy soft garlicy cheesy dinner rolls (dinner took a long time to come out for a party of 13), I was too full to eat more than a few bites of my cheesy tortellini and italian sausage. Errr…but not too full to have my share of a slice of white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. And another glass of wine. And coffee. Wheeeee!!!! More »
