Just spent about $90 on yarn.
what?
how do you do YOUR christmas shopping???
I’m sticking with small, manageable gift projects this year.
STOP LAUGHING! I AM!
I’m even done with one already…
what? YES one! YES I KNOW THE DATE! Just SHUT UP, OK?
*sigh*
it’s very cold in this office.
I have one done, too. At least I think it’s done, because i don’t think I can get another repeat in the pattern with the amount of yarn I have left. Still have to block it, though. And mom’s shawl will be done in 7 more rows, but that doesn’t count because I’ve been working on it since February.
So, after those two are done I only have…um…8-10 more to go, depending on how much I get done (the 10 might be wishful thinking). This does not count stitch markers and earrings which also have to be made. With a bum arm.
Life was much simpler when I bought everything for Christmas. Sure, I went into debt, but what the hell, right?
Bit early to think about Christmas yet, isn’t it?
Well it is for me anyway - it’s not even Christmas Eve yet.
Yee haw! I got two done already myself! And 2 more half-way done. Not knitting too many- I know how I am.
Those lacey-uppy arm-warmers/fingerless gloves/mitts/whatever-the-hell-the-damn-things-are-called are pretty sassy. I want to wear them to an opera with a black Stevie Nicks dress or something.
Don’t worry, you can still find me here…somewhat.
lol - why do i show up as a picture of your leg?
Last Winter, I Knit A Pair Of Arm Warmers A Week. I went Arm Warmer Knit Crazy. I used Every Yarn and Every Pattern. Now I have probalby 15 pairs.
Too Bad I live in Sunny Southern California. (But, really! It gets Cold in My Classroom! I Swear!!)
I keep them in A Box.
Those are totally fucking kick ass! I can’t believe you made those. Actually, I can, I’m just floored by your arm warmer making skills.
