I had trouble sleeping last night, tossed and turned. And woke up early this morning to some yappy dog going off outside. GEEZ! Thought I heard my cell phone beep, got up, checked, nope. Settled back into bed. Just as I was drifting off, I heard Greenday (dooo you have the time, to listen to me whine…), I don’t think I touched the floor between the bedroom and living room to grab my phone. Today we waved the white flag at the heat and turned on the AC. I reasoned that if we ever wanted to get anything DONE around the house - cleaning, cooking, stuff like that - we were going to have to be able to move from point A to point B without dripping sweat everywhere. With no AC and temps shooting way into the 90’s, I’m not good for much except laying on the couch and being sticky. Sexy, but not productive. More »« Less
