It's one thing to open discourse, it's another to manipulate facts and situations to try and prove something that you believe to be a forgone conclusion. Intelligent Design is a pipe dream and not even science. But I gathered that he is stating that science proves his religious beliefs without any science evident in the preview. And that his religious beliefs should be explored in science classes, and Darwin left out. I'm actually a bit surprised that he thinks that science is the enemy that is shunning progress, when the religious right had us in an almost McCarthyistic state for some time!
