Work is getting busier, thank goodness! Late yesterday we had a fairly big project dropped on us, and today added one priority (which we completed) and two this-will-be-coming-at-you-soon-so-watch-out warnings of projects. Obviously now that I have a REAL GROWN UP JOB, I can’t be blogging about it, lest I get myself Dooced. I will give you little bits of what I saw and heard today, though. I gave myself an hour for the dreaded 285 commute. I got there in 25 minutes. I forgot how [...] The sucky thing about getting a new job is that you actually still have to go to the old job for a bit. NOT FAIR. Today my floating dreamy happiness ended with a thud as I worked for 7 hours on my feet without so much as a single break to catch my [...] I don’t want to give the impression that I absolutely hate my job. Because I really don’t. The people I work with are nice, the drama is minimal, and the overwhelming majority of customers are normal and very happy to be there.
