I'm currently working my way through cucumbers and squashes. Tonight, I made Greek turkey burgers with a cucumber yogurt sauce. Really easy by just adding together finely chopped cucumber, onion, yogurt, feta cheese, salt, pepper, dill, lemon juice. Then, I made the turkey burgers with a little bit of the cucumber and onion, bread crumbs, whatever "greekish" spices you want. Good for you and yummy!
